Vacate Cleaning Ballarat charges a $380 flat rate for a 3 bedroom end or lease clean in the Geelong area. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING.

This includes

• Srubbing all cupboards inside and out
• Full bathroom clean
• Full kitchen clean
• Full laundry clean
• Removal of cobwebs and dust inside the home
• Cleaning of exhaust fans (12 foot high ceilings not included)
• Oven clean
• Vacuuming and Mopping Floors
• Wiping down skirting boards
• Wiping light switches and door handles

Does not include windows, blinds of any kind, anything outside, no scrubbing or washing walls, or doors or no garage cleaning. These can all be an added extras at an extra cost.

*** When you book you need to make sure that you are out of the property before the cleaner arrives at the designated time. We work on a schedule so it is your time that you are cutting into if you are still moving out. Allow yourself ample time to move all of your belongings out of the property when making a booking.

*** We do not do rubbish removal at all. You need to make sure all belongings are removed from the property and we are cleaning the structure of the house only.

*** The above rate is for 7 hours, some people have really bad dirty houses that are way more than the normal already big vacate cleans so will need to pay more to get the job done properly. If your home is extra dirty or a huge floor space you will be required to pay extra on the day for the work to be completed. This will be discussed if needed.

*** We supply all of the cleaning products and need power at the property that you supply.

*** Blinds can be cleaned as extras at $20 per blind.

*** Not all showers can be cleaned properly depending on the state of the glass so be aware if your showers have water marks caused by cheap shower glass, hard water or not cleaning the shower enough they will be cleaned of soap scum but the glass is now damaged and needs to be replaced. This is beyond what cleaners can do.

*** If you are organising a carpet cleaning business to come in don't organise that before or on the day of the vacate clean as obviously your carpets will be walked on by the cleaners.
